Pound of Ground Recipes (1)

Mealtime can get daunting, most people end up making the same meals over and over.
This list is FULL of plenty of delicious options.

In any of these recipes, you can substitute the specific protein for the one you prefer if it’s originally made with one you like less.

If you haven’t been buying ground chicken, trust me it’s available in more and more stores and when it wasn’t I used to buy chicken and grind it myself with my kitchen aid mixer and the meat grinder attachment. I’m so happy it’s more readily available.

Years ago it seemed that only ground beef and pork were available, then came along ground turkey, and now ground chicken.

Be creative and try something new. You may just find a new favorite! My family now loves chicken meatballs and requests them all the time, the sauce options and flavor combinations are endless.

Below you’ll find over 40 recipes. I can’t wait to hear which recipes you decide to make and add to your weekly menus.
